This is Donkey Kong after the Donkey Kong Arcade game makers fired him, Mario became much more successful.
I will be doing more shading in my pictures due to my brother said that it was over 90% of the art.

I don't know if shading is 90% of art, but is is a great way to define shapes. Funny drawing. Way to go.
Poor Donkey Kong. I actually said "lighting" is 90% of art. However, I can tell that just by your thinking about lighting (or shading) when you drew this has really made a difference. It's also really funny. Nice work Jake!
This is really fun. I laughed the first time I saw it. Great job Jake.
` Ha ha ha! I always wondered what had happened to him during the 80's!
` Shading is indeed important. On the other hand, I am reminded that children don't always appreciate these finer things - when I was twelve, my nine-year old friend said, 'oh don't add any of that shading stuff, it only ruins your drawings.'
` Wow, haven't thought about that in years, considering I'm almost 26now and people just LOVE my shading! It's true. That's where all the nuance comes from.
